  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products, such as mattresses and bedding accessories, may have specific return restrictions due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.

2. Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if your return is eligible.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
